PROGRAMME

Our 8-week intensives feature a combination of group sessions, one-on-one therapy, systemic relational work in addition to a curated series of thought-provoking experiences and workshops. Our comprehensive method is designed to empower our clients to reconnect with themselves and start building the lives they aspire to lead.

Our first intensive launches in Spring 2025. There are only 10 places available per intake, so if you’re interested in joining or securing a place for a loved one, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

EVIDENCE BASED GROWTH

We offer a comprehensive range of evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to young adults facing life challenges and seeking a new direction. Each day begins with a therapeutic group session, where participants engage in a variety of approaches, including Relational Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, Occupational Therapy, body image and self-esteem work, mindfulness, psychoeducation and psychodrama. Weekly themes guide our sessions, helping individuals build healthier relationships with themselves and others in a supportive environment.

BODY AND MIND

Throughout the week, participants can immerse themselves in a diverse range of activities, including yoga, pilates, personal training, climbing, tennis, cold water swimming, and somatic training. Our goal is to help our clients discover the physical activities that best suit their needs, making exercise a consistent part of their daily routine moving forward.

Complementing these physical activities, our programme features an array of enriching experiences designed to spark inspiration and enhance self-belief and confidence. We offer various cultural outings including theatre performances, immersive experiences, exhibition tours, styling sessions, and volunteering opportunities, all thoughtfully scheduled in alignment with our weekly themes. We have also found that engaging in group activities provides a wonderful opportunity for forging meaningful relationships.

PATHWAYS TO PURPOSE

We believe that a strong sense of purpose not only enhances mental well-being but also improves physical health and longevity. To support this, we collaborate with creatives and industry professionals to offer inspirational and thought-provoking group sessions throughout the week, including creative writing, photography, filmmaking, music production, nutrition, career coaching, workshops to unlock creative potential and many more.

Young adults will be mentored through a personal project of their choosing during their time at Spring. We will do our best to help them bring the project to life, connecting individuals with our vast network of industry professionals to help inspire and carry them through every step of the way. Our goal is for our clients to feel empowered to make the right choices, giving them the courage and motivation to move forward with purpose.
